Default no power, popping in high rpms?

I have a 90 camaro, 305 tbi. I have changed the fuel pump, idle air control valve, map sensor plugs, cap and rotor, it idles fine, but when you get on the gas it just pops and sputters and falls on it's face. Not sure what else to try. Anyone have anyideas?

That exact same thing happend to me, I got the plug wires switched around--as soon as I fixed them it went away. Try double checking your plug wires, I know that sound idiotic but sometimes we look for the most complicated solution when it could just be something simple. At least this works when I'm troubleshooting someone's computer.

P.S. I have the same car as you. Got any pics?

If it was doing it before then there is no way any plug wires could be changed around. But if you did not replace the wires I would do that. You could have a few bad. And look at your injectors. Is the plugs on them. I had one of mine pop off before and talk about running like crap. One of the plugs had the tabs broke off and it did not lock into the injector. Also check if the wires are pinched under the air cleaner.

I don't have any pics yet, I still have to paint it. The clear coat is breaking off and makes it look pretty bad right now. When I get it done, I will let you know.

What color? I want to see how it looks before you paint it. We (the 1990 owners) are the rarest of the breed, having only 35k or so models produced. I like to see my fellow 1990 owner's cars in their original condition as well as modified/restored.
