Default New Flowmaster into my 82 Camaro

Hey, im thinking of putting a Delta Super 40 3.0" o/o muffler and welding a tip on it. Does anyone know the process of doing this. Will i need any parts besides my new muffler and tip. The car is a 1982 Camaro Berlinetta 2.8L v6. If anyone's got some advice that'd be great
Thanks n' Cheers

Umm....What do you mean by welding a tip? A tip at the end of the exhuast? Or you mean to take the 3.0" o/o down to something smaller to fit your stock exhuast?

As long as you dont change the size of the pip and weld on a diffrent tip with the same size you should be fine. And normal tools should get the job done as long as you have a welder.
