New chevy!!!
Hi everyone,
Heres a question i've got a 2.8 1986 camaro which has rusty doors and front wings i've been looking for a v8 to install into it, the problem is i've now bought a 5.7 v8 and gearbox but its already in another camaro and i picked it up yesterday and found its a 1984 z28 body but has a few rust holes underneath by the sills! Now do i put the engine and various parts onto my v6 camaro or do i try and keep the z28 alive???? Im stuck i like both cars the 2.8 has just had all the rust removed from the rear arches as it was a restoration project and now i dont know what to do AAARRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH, Give me your opinions and help me out!!! Thanks guys Goose

just my opinion but, if your heart is set on having a V-8, leave it in the existing body. why open a can of worms when don't have to? if your body parts are good on the 2.8, they will all fit like a glove on the Z. good luck with it. Sick
