Check the fuel pressure with a FI pressure gauge, won't run if pressure not high enough. Also check the 2 FI fuses, if blown. injectors won't fire.

I replaced my fuel filter like 2 months ago..i checked all my fuses and there all good..so im guessin fuelpump is running week....but to throw a wrench in the situation..the sensor on the throttel body(tps i belive) will make a clicking noise when the key is on and so will a sensor that says purge on it and when they click it makes me check engine light come on and off....and now i cant get any engine codes out of it..could it possibly be the ECM..i have already replaced it tho..more help i guess thanks a ton

Depends I guess... I remember my grampa saying to me that after I took mine out of storage (4 years), that just maybe the gas cap would malfunction, and need to be replaced. Basically, you don't know? I took mine out of 4 year storage, and put a new battery in it. Thats all it needed. Besides for the oil change. Then, it ran like new. Although, I instinctively did other mantinance for the car. But, besides that point, the car would run great, and not even one time for four years had it ever been started. That was over five years ago, and its in my garage right now, running like new (besides for a stinking coolant fan problem)... So, it all depends really...

i think he'a trying to say its either hit or miss

i would think after 4 years of sitting up its a good idea to replace:

fuel tank
fuel pump
fuel filter
brake fluid flush
caliper seals
check vacucm lines
tires
coolant flush
possibly thermostat
check coolant hoses
belt
trany flush n filter
check spark plugs
power steering fluid flush
check air filter
oil n filter

and possibly a few others
