Default chevy 350

i have a sb 350 in my camaro and it has a plate on it that says remanufactured with the numbers 311253 does anyone know what that means?(aside of it being a rebuilt)

logically it would be the milage but u never know.

It's more than likely just the rebuilders serial number, or reference number.
If it was a GM replacement engine, you would have a "CE" suffix code on the front passenger side VIN pad.
