im new to this site so im just getting used to it. i would like to get some input with something. im 17 and looking to get a 92 camaro as a first car. my dad believes that this model year is a mechanical nightmare and i was just wondering to know if this was true or not and if it would be a good investment to buy one or look somewhere else. thanks!

 

you should take you're father's advice if he's going to be working with you on rebuilding a car, is it just 92 that is bothering him?
just be sure to check out what your buying real good first , so you know what your getting into.
try not to take on too big of a project for your first car or it won't be ready for many thousands of dollars. lol

 

Any car can be a mechanical nightmare...or not. The newer they are, then they also become a computer/electronic nightmare.
