Will i have to bore the block. If so how much and if not can i bore the block and use a little smaller cam for lower rpm range or if i bore the block will i need the bigger cam?

 

If you want a good rebuild, bore it .030" over. That doesn't make much difference on the cam, it only gives you a 355 as opposed to a 350. 1800rpm+ range on the cam will do good in the city and highway with a 2200-2300 stall converter, and if you have an overdrive transmission with a lock-up converter you'll be fine on the highway.
