Today a friend and I, put in new msd cap and rotor, spark plug wires, and a blaster coil..... no biggie we know what we are doing... go to start it no luck just cranks and a little backfire... Well after 6 hours of checking it all, put ALL the stock stuff back in.... no luck.. just cranks... we tryed alot things... only thing I can think of is the top dead center is out of time.....?

 

If those are the only items you installed and all you did was bolt them on then how do you expect TDC to be off now?Make sure you have the firing order correct and started with number one. If it ran before odds are its in something you did to it.

 

id say u guys arent puttin the wires into the right spots ya i agree with madmike count starting from the first .

 

problem soloved the TDC was off all the wires were in the right spot, running fine now, thanks
