Ill post this in the LT1 section as well, wasnt sure where i would get best results.

Im going to get a pump soon for my LT1 swap from the TBI. i THINK i have been told that i can use the TPI pump and that its more than enough. Anybody know if this is true or not? And would it be enough to handle a fairly hopped up LT1?

Down the road i would like to pull it again and build it how i would like it, but its not in the card right now.

 

If you are replacing the old TBI pump, I would go with a Walbro 255. It will fit the stock location and will meet future needs. Summit for $124.95. You don't want to do this job twice.
