Default l98 heads

i found a set of heads for a l98 for 75 bucks. any idea how much i could hog these things out to ( flow and whatnot ) and what kinda power i could get? i think they are around a 63cc chamber, so would work fairly well with a good set of pistons. IF i can get them to flow better. i could spend 75 bucks and then pay a local guy ( builds HIGH HORSE motors) to port and polish both to max for like 600 total with rebuild. Or would i be better off just getting a set of after market heads that would flow about the same as the ported L98 heads?

World Products has thier budget line of heads (s/r Street Replacement). You can get bare castings for around $600 and another $200 or so assembled and i would think through your work maybe some kind of price break. Might just be more benificial for you to look through Summit or Jegs and see whats out there.
