Oh I don't know, it looks like your head bolts might not be screwed on all the way.

waaaaaaait, i know whats wrong. see that carb there? Its hollow! No wonder hes got no power.. And that air filter is too restrictive! haha

...The side-draft carburetors have been hollowed out too. I can tell by the way the mounting ears are sticking out.
And we probably don't even want to hear about his exhaust back pressure problem.

i think he mentioned an oil leak before? hmmm its hell having a lot of miles.
