How the heck do I allign my door?
I replaced my hinge pins. The roller pin is pretty abused, but I figured Id work around it. No matter how I seem to adjust my door, it either still drags across bottom or doesnt latch up correctly. Am I missing something?
And please, if somebody knows where I can get a replacement roller pin, let me know. Everybody always gives me a link to some little site that only sells the entire hinge assy for, like, 100 bucks. The replacements in the "Help" section at the 'Zone' are too long, and I cant find these things anywhere!

If memory serves there is not a lot of adjustment. Just a slight amount of play. I used to put a floor jack and a board under the door and start off lifting the door as high as it would go. If it is a little too high after tightening a little pushing to get it down. Sometimes they need a little bit of armstronging to tweak it around.
Classic industries has rollers kits for 67-69. Maybe you could call them and ask the length or if they know if they will work. Or they got the lower hinge for third gens for 35+/- and you can knock out the new roller and weld it on your hinge.
