I looked where it's supposed to be and I couldn't see anything. I'm gonna have to try and really take a look at it tomorrow. I will try grounding it and everything too. Thanks for all your help and I'll post more if I have any trouble. Thanks again.

 

I looked for it and couldn't find it. I found a black ball about the size of a kids basketball and I wondered if the horn was inside that so I went on google and searched for a 91 Camaro horn and found a different picture. I'm wondering if I even have a horn. Thanks for all your help, I'll keep posting updates.

 

Maybe your horn fell out on the road. LOL
