when i try to hit thorn on the steering wheel it dose not honk. when ever i hit the panic button or hit the lock button twice it will honk. could it be the relay?

check the fuse?

if fuse is good then its either the buttons, bad wire to buttons or the relay. im showing a terminal L=orange wire, terminal m=black wire, terminal n=dark green wire. L is the hot wire and should have power at all times, m is the incoming power from the steering wheel buttons, n is outgoing power to the horns. test for power to L if no power then problem is in the fuse or wiring. if power to L then test m for power when the steering wheel button is pushed, if no power both button switches on steering wheel or wiring to them is bad. if power to m when button pushed then test n for power when the button is pushed, if no power then relay is bad, if power horns or wires to horn are bad.
