Its fairly nice not a z28 but a nice camaro, the price is a bit high id offer about 3200 to 4k at the most, theres some real nice irocs and z28s out there in the same price range

 

With the engine it has (hopefully a sound one), and the other extras, I'd consider that a good deal provided the body is solid and the floors aren't rusted through. Wave the cash under the sellers nose, and you should be able to get it for $4k or a little under as it sits.
