help with lights

so I just got a 88 camaro rs from a buddy of mine when i went to turn on the lights they just flashed and now i do not have any headlights/taillights but blinkers and breaklights work. Fuses are good any ideas?

oh I also replaced the switch and no change. ty for all who try to help.

My brother had a problem sorta like this on his Honda. It turned out that the wires were getting wet so he got them from the junk yard for a couple bucks and it fixed his problem.
