craigslist. I found a guy that is selling three 3rd gen's an hour from me...

 

It's probably nowhere near where you are, but you could have a look at David T's. He's got a couple hundred 3rd gen Camaros in various states of repair, although his prices are a little on the high side for someone in the US.
