help camaro wont charge

Angry help camaro wont charge

hello i work for a speed shop in texas i really need help ok we build a new v6 camaro 3.1 it was running great untill like 3days ago and it started to drop charge this is what i have done i bought a new battery made sure it was good had the alternater checked even replaced it and replaced the harness wires that connect to it when i hook up the volt meter on the battery it reads 12.23 and the alternater reads the same and the harness does to i checked the wire to and from the battery to alternator it just wont charge please hlp the alternater has a main power wire and the harness har 3 wires the red is power the brown is ignition and the white is power or something

Have you checked the fusible links? Power from alternator goes to fusible link and from link to battery.

if the alternator is only reading 12.23 volts while its running, then you need a new alternator

You say you work for a speed shop? A speed shop cant diagnose this?

For (ucks sake, please us some grammar so we can better understand your question. Many of us here like to help but we dont want to decipher a paragraph long, run on sentence.

Is it dying once it sits overnight?

Like micro said, 12.23 is a bit low. Should be in the 13.5-14.4 range.
