Default Is there a charge light that comes on for 1990 camaro

Is there a charge light that comes on when the battery gets low in the insterment panel.. And if there is where is it thanks.. Jesse

No, there isn't one. You have to look at your gauge, the upper right one between the speedo and tach.

Yea i know there is a gauge but sometimes there is a light that comes on.. My alternater was not charging someone said that sometimes if the light is out the alt will not charge but anyway I figured it out it was the brown wire on the alt that goes to the fuse box there was a dead spot in it so I cut it and ran it direct to the alt seams to be working fine know thanks...

Do you remember where the light was that was going on (which spot on the gauge cluster)? I have a spare 1990-92 cluster in a box, and pulled it out to see there wasn't a charging light. Just curious which light would have been going on?

No light came on in my car just talking about other cars like my blazer as battery light and a gauge.. Any way no problem fixed the problem took the brown wire from the plug on the alternater and hooked it to a 12 volt source alt charging fine know..
