For a little more cooling, would it be ok to weld the clutch so it would turn fast as the engine, put a couple beads on it?

Why would you want to do that, is the clutch slipping? If the clutch is working the way it should, it's more efficient than direct drive. If you really gotta go direct, put a spacer in place of the clutch, it'll save the pump some spun weight.

why not go to junkyard and find an 80s buick t type pull the dual fans and put them in your camaro in place of your fan shroud.
all u have to do is drill 4 holes in bottom of your core support snap some clips on then get long bolts and 2-3 in spacers and bolt the bottoms on.
then the top bolt holes line up with the factory shroud bolt holes.

run one fan constant with key on (switch optional) then run the other through a switch fused hot at all times so you can have a fan on while the car is off
