i can get the hatch to latch but the pulldown motor doesnt work.. I know someone out there has had the same problem.please help[]

 

Yes others have had problems. This subject has come up many times. If you do a search you will find more discussions on it. There is you electric motor that could go bad and a switch that tells the motor to go up and down due to its position. Those are two places to start looking after you checked all the fuses. There is also a fuseable link but other things will not work (head lights I know for sure) if it is bad.
