Default got a question about 1991 v8 conversion

i was driving down a highway where i live and i seen a blue 1991 camaro RS with a 3.1 litre v6 with an automatic transmission. I called the guy about it and he wants 700.00 for it but the next time im calling him im gonna offer 500.00 for it . heres why:

The previous owner took the outer door handles off and either welded or bondoed over the holes in hopes of making the car open with a remote. ( he did not complete, now opens by a rope or through the hatch).

It's been sitting in the same spot for 3+ years, its sinking into the ground, or the tires are going flat.

The entire interior needs redone due to it trying to be pimped out by the previous owner.

when i pop the hood the top end of the motor has been dissassembled, so i have to tow it home.

the body has been keyed to hell so it will need a paint job.

due to it sitting in the same spot for 3 years , dont know how the frame is.

THE GOOD SIDE

its got under 100,000 miles ( around 98,000 i believe)

bondy doesnt look to be bondoed, No rust either.

no damaged glass on the car

got Z28 rims on i t.

BUT my question is, im wanting to convert the engine to a carbureted 350, do i have to worry about any sort of electronics when i do the swap? like the vats system ( if it has one)

The only electronics you should have to be concerned with would be engine stuff, like an alternator and ignition system, other than that, not really, unless you wanna put all the sensors that go with the EFI engine on your carbed motor.

i got another question as well, i went to look under the car today and things like the control arms and swaybars, and rear end and suspension components were rusted. i didnt car about that cause i planned on replacing all of that with hig performance. but what bothered me the most is this: when i looked right under where the drivers side floor would be underneath the car, i noticed that it was rusting, now would that be the uni-body frame rusting or would that be just a floor board? if i get pics i will show you.
