The gauges in my 85 iroc-z do not work...here's the problem.
the tach, gas, and temp gauge all go all the way up when the car is turned on.
the volt and oil pressure gauges DO work
the speedo just isnt plugs in but i expect it wil do the same as the tach.

 

bad body to chasis ground?

 

how do i check that?

go here click on 85 wiring body(cont) has all ur wires for gauges

could be a bad connection on the harness
