front end noise

i have a 84 camaro, sometimes when im drivin theres a grindin noise. it sounds like metal on metal? any ideas on what it could b? brakes are stock as far as i know

Not in any particular order, it could be, but not limited to:
1) Worn brake pads (check inner pads to see if they're down to metal)
2) Dry wheel bearings
3) Bad/worn A/C clutch (if you have A/C)
4) Spun rod or main bearing
5) Neighbors cat wedged in the wheel well

its not the motor 4 sure and i dont have acbut ill have to check 4 the cat haha. i think its the pads but my brother was talkin bout the wheel bearins. i take a look at both of them apreciate it.
