Default Exhaust leak/Miss fire

Ok I was looking on the forums but didn't really find what I'm looking for, Does anyone have a how too on replacing the header gasket? Anyone have any tips for the quickest way to replace plugs? My theory is that I had an exhaust leak that ended up fouling out one of my plugs or something because she is running pretty badly and I can hear an exhaust leak. Last time I changed the plugs It took about 6 hours anyone have any advice?

the one thing i would not do without changing plugs is a swivel head sparkplug rachet.

it seems to me that header designers give no thought to plug replacement ,i have seen them so tight that you have to take them off the engine to get new plugs in. which makes no sense to me at all.then you have the everpresent header leak to just put up with ,i guess.sure there are shorter plugs made, as some kind of stop gap remedy ,but you still get burned wires to reward you for your hard work and investment ,and till they {read hooker, hedman, dougs ect}wake the f$#@ up i think factory manifolds are WAY better.and dont even think of putting headers on a 4th gen,THAT one would make even jesus cuss ,and mightily
