Door hinges

Anyone have any information on how to fix the hanging doors??
My door hangs so you have to slam it pretty good to get it to shut. Which is loud and annoying.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Replace hinge pins and bushings as they are usually in a kit per hinge.
