hey do you guys know where i can get a set of replacement or upgraded door hinges for my 92. i would like to get the doors to close right and hang right. i know they are heavy doors but if i replace the hingeswont that help?

 

Just replace the bushings, thats what wears out.

The upper hinges are permant rivets. Either drillout the spot welds and replace the hinge or there is a guy that makes shoulder bolts and bushings to repair the hinges and he also sells the lower pin and bushing with it. You can do a web search and I will search for my reciept and get his number.

I was looking at mine, and on the lower hinge it looks like the problem is something that looks like a bearing or something that rolls along the door-check. I was curious if anyone knows where I could just buy that.. When I get home Ill take a picture, but at the moment Im out of town.

The lower pins and bushing I believe are the same as S10s. You can get those pins and bushings in a kit just about anywhere in the "HELP" section.
