Gm lists two different door skins for each side between 82-92. Whats the difference I thought they werell the same.

 

I thought they were the same as well....is there a big price difference? If so, one may include more material such as the inner jam/hinge area.

 

I'm betting on the newer ones having a removable plate for the window crank or power window assembly mounting. I ran into that on the newer P/U doors.
It would make sence that GM changed their whole line over to that style.

Externally I don't think there is a difference.
