Default Dies when switchin gears.

I have a 1989 camaro rs. jus bought it 166,000 miles. when i start the car up it needs a lil gas, and when switching gears it sometimes dies. anyone know what might be wrong with it? (car is still stock)

you have a sensor error. pete can probably tell you exactly which one but, you can also take it to autozone and let them read the codes for ya. they will do it for free. sick

Just jump the OBD connecter and read the code. There is a sticky thread for it around here someplace

Check your Carburetor maybe...or clean it?
