I have been wondering what is the diffrence in a TBI and TPI.

I have just become a new member and now i am gathering info.....so let me have it.

Appearence: TBI looks like a CARB and has a single Fuel Injector & round air filter on the top..
TPI has (8) intake runners & (8) Fuel injectors & single snokle air cleaner to the front of the car.
Stock the TPI has more HP/TQ then a TBI.
This a simple explaination for more details do a search on both.
