Default COOLING FAN PROBLEM UPDATE PLS READ

Okay, I have a little more info about my problem, when I unplug the cooling fan and crank the car the fuse does not blow, so I tried a different fan, and the fuse still blows when I use a different fan, with that said does anybody have any suggestions?

You've got a short somewhere, check your wiring diagrams again. It could be in a component that isn't functioning properly elsewhere in the system. Check everything for unussualy low resistance, as well as shorts to power. Remember, check resistance with components disconnected, and voltage in paralell. Also, make sure there is no gain in voltage anywhere in the system. It should be near 12 before the fan, and near 0 after.

Your fan should not come on with the ignition unless the car is hot enough. If its coming on did some one do some hotwireing? There is also a throttle kicker relay that hooks into the fan relay wires. Maybe it is bad. Did you replace the fan relay?
I have a chiltons with wiring diagrams if you dont and I can scan and send them if needed.
