cooling fan not woorking after engine swap

i have a 92 rs that i pulled the tbi 305 out and replaced it with a carbed 350 i got everything working but the ccoling fans won't come on.
any suggestions as to what to look for or how to fix this

Cooling fan Was controled by the ECM...Who knows what you ripped out. You will have to use a manual fan switch for fan conrol.
