Default Coolant all over 84 Camaro v8

Car never over heated. I parked it garage for winter. Took off radiator cap. Car sat for a week no problem. Then yesterday I went into garage. There's coolant from back of front tires clear back past rear tires. Nothing in front of tires. Need help please. Also, can it sit this way til spring?

As long as it had antifreeze in it it should be fine.
As far as the leak that could be a lot of things, hose ,radiator ,heater core ,freeze plug , intake manifold, you'll have to find the source.

Once the coolant starts leaking where it hits the floor can has no relation to where the leak is. Any leak that hits the frame is going to come out at the low point of the frame. Heater core hose can run down the back of the engine and down the transmissions.

You can borrow a pressure tester from most chain parts store with a deposit. Cold and under pressure most leaks will be easy to track down. Search youtube for how to pressure test your coolant system. If it is a small leak driving will not hurt it as long as it does not run out of coolant but a leak that is large enough that the system can not hold pressure should not be driven. The coolant can boil and cause air pockets. The system needs pressure.

I'd start with a good visual inspection from underneath the car
Jack it up, put a jackstand under it and get a good flashlight
You should be able to see green (or orange in your case) coolant coming from somewhere
Visually inspect each freeze plug, the bottom of the radiator and all the hoses
Inspect the bell housing area
If you do not see anything obvious, grab the pressure tester
Good luck
