Default cold start injector temp sensor?

well i know i dont have mine because i took it out and replaced it with the sending unit for my temp gauge. now i cant find one that is definatly what i need. now i have found two at advance auto, but im not sure if they are what i need. i do have a few connectors that were un-labeled from my tear down almost 3 years ago, theres 5 all total. i was going to cross reference them in my wiring diagram to find out what exactly they were for.

Both of those links are the same part number, 213928. That should be the right one, as long as that plug style matches your plug. That temp sensor tells the computer when to switch from open loop to closed loop. Has your engine been running kinda rich lately? rockauto.com has the same one for 8 bucks less, plus shipping though. But you can search it there for your own peace of mind, to show that sensor comes up as a fit.

lol, my engine hasnt been running for 3 years. it didnt run rich, it just didnt start below 40 degrees. i could squirt a bit of gas in the intake or eather, and it would then start. there is a difference though in the plug between those two listings, but that should be the one right? there are a total of 4 temp sensors on the 86 tpi

I don't see a difference in the plugs between the two, and the part numbers are the same. If the plugs had a physical difference, for a different fit/application, they would have different part numbers.
