Carb problems
I have a 88 camaro that i just got, the guy that I got it from was a dumb ***. It has choke problems and instead of fixing it, it looks like he just ripped the choke butterfly off the carb. Can i just buy any carb for it? It has what looks to be a few sensors going into it?

RE: Carb problems
Yeah, you can buy a replacement carb. It's worth doing. Just make sure the old and the new are basically the same (they might be slightly different, but . . . .
Unless you get a big refund for the "core" (old carb) keep it for a while: if the thing runs too lean or something you can have ashop install the jets from the old carb, etc.
