Aluminum or Vortec heads?

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN............JEGS is 200 dollars more expensive than the Patriot Performance site, for the same product! The Patriot Performance site shows those heads at 695 a pair??!! Picture shows them complete too??

It says BARE heads, meaning they aren't assembled. Their website shows them for $895 a pair.
