where is the fuel pump fuse on a 92 camaro. thxs.

not sure about the fuse, but i heard to get that fuel pump out you have to drop the rear end!

There isn't. If it's TBI then you have individual fuses under the dash for the injectors, and thats where all the fuses are.

If you look under the car right before the tank there is a connector for the fuel pump, test for power there, and if you do have to do the fuel pump you gotta drop out the rear end. I did it last year it's a *****

 

My buddy has to do it, so i check those fuses, I hope its that. I dont want to drop the rear end![:@]

Check behind the battery. You will see something bolted to the fender with 2 wires coming out of it. UNCLIP that assembly and you will find the fuse.

 

get a repair manual it will have the wireing diagrams in it as well as test procedures to trouble shoot the system. On TBI and diesel trucks the fuse is found next to the relay on the firewall pass side. I'm guessing that your car wont start or the fuel pump is INOP. the fuel sys. electrical wireing is fun to trouble shoot, I had to do it on a 93 C3500. If the systems are the same there are a few reasons why the relay wont signal the pump to start.

 

I copied the testing procedure from my chiltons book. it is pinned in this forum.

what is wrong with the pump btw? is it running all the time or not at all?
