well to start this is my first project. I reciently got a 1982 camaro z28 with the 305ci v8. the car only has 42,000 miles on it but has sat for a few years and alot of the seals and what not have started to dry rot. after alot of thinking i think i want to pull the 305 and swamp it out for a mid 70's 350. i have a few questions. Is it possible to pull the computer all together, bassically turing it into a regular carburated car? Or do i have to get a computer chip or something like that? i want all the guages to work and what not i was just wondering if this was possible at all?
