Im gettin my hands on a 427 out of a big *** U-Haul from a junkyard. The Yard is owned by some family friends that are shutting it down b/c there's only like 7 cars left, they wanna take the trunk to the crusher, but said that I can have the engine . I wanna use it as a LONG term project, build it up into an Alcohol Injected Beast, and throw it in my 92. Thoughts? Advice? Cookies of wisdom?

 

other than the modifing of everything under the hood and well at the alcohol level arent they usually fiberglass? but yeah sound like fun.

K, so, upon further inspection, the truck is a Chevy C-60 Medium duty dump truck. Me and my buddy are going back over later to get the Vin #, Block #, and start disconnecting stuff. Im gonna save the motor, and I might take the tranny. Might do alcohol, might not. WAY to early to know, once I get it home I'll tear it all apart and find out what im working w/.
