Default 383 stroker

I just acquired a 92 camaro rs with a 383 stroker under the hood. She's running a little hot and I need help finding part numbers to find replacements and possible upgrades. Where do I find anything that will tell me where to start on this block?

A 383 is built off a small block 350, bored out .030". The innards are different, but external bolt on parts are universal small block Chevy. To satisfy your own curiosity, there are block casting numbers and date codes on the bellhousing flange. And, a partial vin and suffix code on the pad in front of the passenger side head that would tell you what engine it used to be, that is unless those numbers got milled off if the block was decked.
How hot is a little hot? Have you checked ignition timing? Timing being set too far advanced or retarded can make an engine run hotter.
