Exclamation 1992 Fan problems

i just replaced the relay and the fan motor and im still not getting the fan to kick on. how hot does it have to get before it turns on and if its under 240 what do i replace next to get them working. i dont wanna wire it for them to run all the time but i dont wanna dump a crap load more money into fixing this simple problem?

Does the fan turn on when you turn the ac on?
I had an issue where mine wouldn't turn on unless the AC turned on. Turned out just to be a Fan switch (the actual probe that goes in the engine, located on the pass side for me, had to go from bottom of car).
and 240 is way high. Stock should kick in around 180-200.
