Default 1989 Chevy Camaro ...

Ok so Iam going to look at a 1989 Camaro today, I'm new to this Fourm as you can tell so dont hate too much. Anyway the guy swaped a rebuilt 350 smallblock chevy motor into it, What should I look for, what common problems do these cars have and anything major that I should look at?

Thanks again

I would be concerned about the 350 swap. First: Is it a 350 or a 305 (identical in appearance) ?? Second:Is the swap a hack job or dose it look like a stock set up?? After these questions are answered then look at it as a 20+ year old car and they can have a lot of issues.

Plus make sure all the emission stuff is there if the car needs to be smogged. If you live where car needs smog then it can be a pain to hunt all the stuff down
