1988 camaro 2.8 v6 smokes when revved

Hi i have a 88 2.8 v6 camaro and when you rev the car it smokes out the tail pipe. Im pretty sure its white smoke or white with a blueish tint. What could be wrong with my car?

usually blue smoke is caused by burning oil, i would think your valve seals are shot.
