Default 1987 radiator HELP

Today I notice coolant was leaking from the radiator, there are no leaks coming from any of the hoses, but i notice a hose near the radiator that was not connected seen in the picture below, Its really real hard getting it on there and wasn't able to, my question is, is that the cause of the coolant dripping from the right side of the radiator, when i started her up i notice the left side of the hoses does not get hot but everything else on the right does .

the passenger side hose shouldnt get that hot. if it was hot, then there would be something blocking the rad. can you see where that hose goes to? do you have any other pictures to show what that fitting goes to? what im seeing is an aluminum radiator and a home made a/c condenser bracket, but a copper hose nipple, so something isnt adding up.

Not sure of the 87s are different vs the RS and IROC but I just pulled my radiator today from my 87 Iroc and put on a new one. I don't remember any hose like that. There was the top hose to the intake, the bottom to the pump, the two transmission hoses, and the reservoir hose.

I'm thinking that is some AC job going on?
