We've had our 79' 350 z28 sitting around for about a decade. I need a new transmission but need help finding one for a reasonable price. if you know of any great places 2 start the suggestions would be a great help, thanks.

If it's an automatic you can find one just about everywhere,the place mentioned above,jegs,summit,and several other places all sell new or rebuilt or you could check craigslist to find one locally,i see them in my area all the time for anywhere from $75-$300.
