Go to a local chevy dealer with a parts department,or if you have any local speed shops,you can get a brand new 350 for less than $1500.Jegs has it for $1449 and i'm sure you can get it about the same price local,hell if you cant get it local the shipping from jegs to you is only $150.Like stated above your existing parts from the 305 will bolt right up to the 350.Here is a link to give you an idea on the motor.
