Gas Tank in Trunk

Default Gas Tank in Trunk

Hey guys im thinking about getting a 81 camaro on ebay listed below. it states its street legal and past inspection with a gas tank in the trunk. Will that be to dangerous to drive in?

man that looks dangererous!! espeacially with a battery beside it and not a sealed one in the trunk. I wouldn't drive it like that.

To make it safe,the battery should be in a sealed battery box,and there should be a solid piece of metal behind the rear seat,to form a fire wall between the rear seat and the trunk.
