Default fuel pump

my 1980 z28 choked and died on the ay home today, when i tried to start her ,she just trieds and died. i have a clear gas filter so that i can see my gas and it usually remains full for a good while after i have turn the car off,so when i tried to start it again i looked at the gas filter and i could see gas trying to get to the carb but did not seem to have enough pressure, is this my fuel pump? by the way 350/350.

The best thing i could tell you to do is a pressure test and see how many psi its at. i believe its should be above 8 or 9 psi but i could be wrong.
