i have a 1980 z28 and it needs new floor pans. i got an estimate from this guy and he said about 3k so i decided it would be cheaper for me to just do it myself but i don't have any experience in replacing floor pans. can anyone give me some advice on how to go about this?

Then take a welding class if you can't weld. Then go buy a wire feed welder and tear into it!
