seriously, how do you like the Flaming River box? does it bolt right into the original column using a stock rag joint,or did you have to buy a different coupler?

it made a hugh differance the stock box was big and ugly + heaver since it was for power steering it took 2 hands + plus some muscle to workn it the fr box can be worked with 2 fingers if moveing 5 mph. the old box had a lot of slop. thers only 53,000 miles on the car so i dont think it was worn out the. kit was $500.00 the directions from fr are vague not on the install part but ajustment the pitman arm from them had the wrong taper on the small side i wasnt happyi called fr and they tried to blame jegs they wanted me to ship to jegs then jegs ship it them then beck to jegs then to me i could only imagine how long that would have taken so i drilled out myself the kit came with the box ,pitmanarm, and rag joint only 3 hour job to do.have pics if needed.

Thanks for all your input guys! So, here's the deal...I ordered my leaf springs from classic industries which were 5 leaf, 143 spring rate and my leaf spring installation kit from Eaton and I told them it was 143 rate instead of stock 126 rate. I had my leaf springs installed today but I got a call saying that they didn't fit! [:@] Ughh, well, I'll find out why they didn't fit tomorrow. Thanks for all your help! I'll be writing back soon to give you guys an update
